1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using FitCapture, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Use of Service
FitCapture provides a virtual try-on service that allows users to visualize how clothing items might look on them. The service is provided "as is" and results are for visualization purposes only.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Credits and Payments
FitCapture uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed in whole units (for example, 1–4 credits per generation). Credits are non-transferable and are used to generate virtual try-on images. If you purchase a subscription, you receive a monthly credit allowance associated with your plan. Subscription billing and proration are handled by our payment provider (Polar). If you upgrade your subscription mid-billing-cycle, your plan may change immediately and your payment method may be charged a prorated amount. Additional credits granted due to an upgrade are prorated based on the time remaining in your current billing period and are only granted once the prorated amount reaches at least 1 whole credit (rounded down). If you downgrade your subscription, the downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Unused credits do not expire unless your account is terminated. Purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law; we may issue refunds or credits in cases of billing errors or misuse at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All content generated through FitCapture remains your property. However, you grant us a license to use anonymized data for service improvement.
6. Limitation of Liability
FitCapture is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
