2. Use of Service
FitCapture provides a virtual try-on service that allows users to visualize how clothing items might look on them. The service is provided "as is" and results are for visualization purposes only.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Credits and Payments
Credits purchased are non-transferable and are used to generate virtual try-on images. Unused credits do not expire unless your account is terminated.
5. Intellectual Property
All content generated through FitCapture remains your property. However, you grant us a license to use anonymized data for service improvement.
6. Limitation of Liability
FitCapture is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
