Credit Purchases

Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. We recommend starting with a smaller pack to ensure our service meets your needs.

Subscription Refunds

For subscription plans:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days in a billing period
  • Monthly credits included with subscriptions are non-refundable

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using purchased credits, please contact our support team. We review such cases individually and may provide credits or refunds at our discretion.
